For not having any of my genes, my sweet Annie sure is growing up to be a lot like her momma. She is a tad on the dramatic side. Ok, maybe more than a tad. :) She's incredibly ornery and man, does the girl LOVE to talk! She is very sociable.
The only problem with the talking is...we often have no clue what she's saying! She has her own little language, which we lovingly refer to as Weezese, and her own interpretation of words. As frustrating as it can be at times, it is sooooo cute to hear her little voice saying things so matter-of-factly.
Here are the words she says most often and their English translations:
Ow-dice = Outside
Dah = Dog (just this week, she started adding a hard "g" on the end, so it's more like dah-guh)
Gish = Fish
Bice, Bike or Bikey = Spike
Babby = Gabby
Bubby = Lovie
Bobby = Barney or Bunny
(in fact, Babby, Bubby and Bobby sound so similar, we often have trouble figuring out which one she's talking about)
Beer = Bear
Ands = Hands
Tee = Teeth
Nohsh = Nose
Me = Knee
Kuh-kuh = Cracker (she says kuh-kuh like she's speaking German...all in her throat)
Mil-kuh =Milk (again like she's speaking German)
Wah-wer = Water
Joosh = Juice
Goosh = Ketchup, mustard, ranch dressing...or anything other dipping sauce
Geesh = Cheese
Nack = Snack
Tohs = Toast
Back-boo= Vacuum
Pees = Please
Deet-doh = Thank You
Deet-doo = Here you go
Toh-ee = Toy
Mow-er = More
Names of some of our relatives are hilarious, too
Ky-uh = (Aunt) Kyla
Bop-pah = Papa
Bob-ish = Gammie (I have no idea...but when I tell her to say Gammie this is what she says)
Of course, there are plenty of things that she says normally, too. It seems like everyday she busts out a new word and surprises us.
I could seriously listen to her sweet voice talk all day (which is good, because she talks NON-STOP!)

I WANT MY BABY TO TALK! That's all. I loved this post. I need to remember to write down the way Finn says things when the time comes...
